Youth empowerment for volunteerism
CFCD is looking for volunteers who can support its mission, and as such a meeting was held to meet youths in the Pradeshiya Saba Auditorium at Chankanai on 10th December 2023. The CFCD Chairman, members of BOD, staff, and 25 youths participated in the said discussion.
They were briefed about the need for community service and the meaning of volunteerism. It was an introductory meeting and informed them that there would be more similar meetings in the future before assigning them the tasks.
