Stage II of the flood relief: 23.12.2023
- Dray ration packs were distributed among the beneficiaries who returned home in the following two DS divisions.
Thunukkai – 20 packs
PTK – 46 packs
2. In Manthai East & Thunukkai 33 beneficiaries approached the Thunukkai DS office for tarpaulin sheets as the floor getting sweaty, they complained that they could not sleep, securely walk, and could not keep things on the floor in their house due to moisture floors. The above 33 beneficiaries were given tarpaulin sheets.
Further, 15 mosquito nets were given to the families with children. The Chairman and the staff of CFCD were on the field to distribute the above items. The above beneficiaries were selected by the Thunukkai DS office.
