Provision of agriculture inputs and equipment – SSRS
CFCD staff have identified farmers in resettled areas through the house hold assessments. Then the list of beneficiaries have approved by UNDP and DS of Tellipalai. Accordingly the needs of the farmers assessed carefully by CFCD and UNDP. 70 farmers have provided with agriculture tools and equipment’s what they have requested. Through the intension of this project more farmers are motivated to settle in their own areas and stared in income generation activities. Food security of target beneficiaries have improved through the promotion of environmentally –friendly livelihood practices.
