A Memorandum of Understanding [MOU] was signed between Chief Secretary, Northern Province, and the Center for Child Development, and to ensure the use of the developed database software in the relevant departments that involve children, girls, and women protection.
The Chief Secretary of the Northern Provincial Council and Mr. K. Suseendran the Chairman CFCD signed the MOU on behalf of their organizations
